About Davenport Architects
We believe that a home is part of a neighborhood. Its design should weave into the architectural fabric of the community as well as reflect our client’s personality. A custom home should not feel overwhelming on its lot. It should be a good neighbor. Further, we believe that an addition should not look like an addition.

- We write the agreement you sign with the contractor so that your interests are represented as well as the contractor’s
- We are available for field inspections and help guard against excessive change orders
- We stay with you from the very beginning to the completed end
